Product Description

What is U-section valve ?
the U-section butterfly valve is a wafer-style valve with two flange ends. Unlike the conventional double-flange butterfly valve, although two integral flanges are integrally cast on the body, the internal space between the two integral flanges are too small for them to be bolted up with pipe flanges from each side respectively. In short, the face-to-face dimension is relatively much smaller. Thus, it requires a through-bolt connection when it is installed between two pipe flanges. The section view of the valve resembles the capital letter "U", the reason it is called U-section butterfly valve.

The face-to-face structure of U type flange butterfly valve is shorter than that of double flange butterfly valve. U-shaped flange butterfly valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, medicine, textile, paper-making and other industries. It can be installed at the medium is gas, air, steam, water, sea water, Industrial pipe networks such as oil products are used to adjust flow and cut off media.

We are a manufacturing factory and we also have our own exporting license.
2. Do you have a certificate?   
Yes,  ISO, FDA, LFGB, CE, and PED certificates. We also have some patents in design. 
3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 Spectro PMI machines are used in the raw material warehouse, production plant, and dispatch plant.     
Pressure inspecting machines, PMI machines, RA roughness spectator, hardness testing machines.....  all machines help in the inspection.

5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid a shortage, poor quality, mixing chemicals....     
4.  If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, compensation, or resending goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per the condition. 
5. How long is your delivery time?   
For normal products in 7-10 days; for bulk orders, in 15-25 days. It depends.
6. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different applications for customers.
